Cancel/Reschedule Tickets

Do You Need To CANCEL Or RESCHEDULE YOUR TICKET To One Of Our Events?

If for some reason, you’re not able to join a public paint party, you can easily reschedule your

ticket. You can do this up to 48 hours before the event.

You can cancel your booking and get a refund up to 10 days before the event. If less than 10

days, you can only reschedule for another day.

We understand that life happens, so we’ve tried to simplify our

cancellation and rescheduling process.

Submit your request at least 48 hours before your event.

We’ll confirm your cancellation/rescheduling within 48 hours.

Lookup Your Order Details – If you have registered an account on our website, you can lookup your details on the MY ACCOUNT page. If you purchased your ticket as a guest, you can access your order information by searching for “Corks & Brushes” in your email.
Fill In The Cancellation /Rescheduling Request Form – Fill in the cancellation/rescheduling request form below with the details from your original order.
We Will Confirm Your Request – We process cancellation / rescheduling request within 48 hours, and will process your REFUND or email you a RESCHEDULE VOUCHER within that time frame.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Rules and Restrictions

1. Requests must be submitted 48 hours before.

Due to the nature of our business, last minute requests will not receive

a REFUND or RESCHEDULE VOUCHER unless they are the products of extreme

circumstances. We apologize in advance for any frustration this might cause, but at

that stage we have already incurred costs in staffing and materials.

2. Gift Certificates can not be refunded.

You can request a RESCHEDULE VOUCHER for an event booked with a GIFT CERTIFICATE, but not a REFUND.
